A few things here…what took Ryan so long to make this decision? He should get a pink slip as a Christmas gift! The Jets win came when McElroy was in the game. Seems like a no brainer to me. Then poor Tebow is not having a great holiday season – he was overlooked for the starting position even though he is healthy, then his girlfriend dumps him. Maybe he should try to remember during this time that Christmas is about the birth of Jesus, so rejoice in knowing that Jesus is the reason for the season! Hmmmm, I know a few many who could use that. Anyhoo, if you take drugs or on prescription meds that may appear as drug usage on a test, please tell your team first, so they will not be embarrassed by your actions; speaking of being embarrassed…Chad turned Ocho turned Chad again Johnson was fired during the taping of a show. If losing his job and wife in the same day wasn’t enough, it will be played out on television. Athletes Behaving Badly – so the Celtics’ were mounting somewhat of a comeback against the Hawks yesterday, when the refs made a questionable call. Boston’s Rondo starts yelling at the ref, trips a little, gathers himself, then chest bumps the ref. He gets a technical foul and was thrown out the game. Ummm, Ray Allen is sitting on the bench because of an injury, why would you risk getting ejected and possibly a suspension? Boston needs all the help they can get this year. Poor Metta World Peace is sitting at home for touching people. I am just saying…what’s good for one is good for all. Should Rondo be suspended? He is definitely a contender for this week’s award; ok, if you went to bed before the end of the Clippers/Grizzlies game you missed a great comeback. The Clippers were down by 21 going into the 4th quarter. Then LA started running rings around Memphis to pull off an upset. The Grizzlies are in the running this week too. How you let that happen in your home arena? Let me also add the Spurs’ Ginobili to this week’s list for missing a wide open dunk against the Jazz. I mean really?
